While attending Earls for a friends sixteenth birthday party I was pleasantly surprised with the dishes that I ordered. For my entree I was trying to make a decision between the salad and their mushroom soup of the day.

I chose the mushroom soup which was my favourite part of the whole meal. It was so decadent and had so many powerful flavours. It had a thick texture topped with some cooked mushrooms and  onions.  It had a rich consistency and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

Moving onto the entree I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. The fettuccine was well cooked and was topped off with some Parmesan cheese and a small amount of parsley to taste.

Lastly but certainly not least dessert. Desert had three different elements. The vanilla ice cream, the delicate bowl made of a cookie like texture and lastly the luscious warm brownie. Although the brownie was supposed to be the star of the dish, I personally enjoyed the vanilla ice cream and the edible cup that encircled it. The brownie was a bit too rich for me as I am more of a vanilla person. I did however have some of my brownie.
